My Low Carb Journey
Over a year ago, I decided to try a low-carb diet, and honestly, it has been a total game changer. I went all in, swapping in things like zero-carb tortillas and figuring out how to still enjoy my favorite foods. In college, my eating was not the best (let’s just say I fully took advantage of the all-you-can-eat dining hall), which meant lots of pasta and pizza nights. When I was in the dorm and first starting this low-carb journey, I would try to look for better options.
