Thanksgiving Gratitude: Family, Food, and Fitness Wins

Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone!

I just wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a really happy Thanksgiving. Today is one of my favorite days to stop and think about all the good things and people in my life. I feel so thankful for my family, my parents, my sister, my brother-in-law, and, of course, my sweet nephew. They are always there for me, and I am truly lucky to have them. I also have to give a big shoutout to my amazing assistants. Their help and support mean so much to me, and I could not do what I do without them.

This year felt extra special because I was able to contribute more to our Thanksgiving feast. I have been working hard on myself, and I am proud to say I lost five inches from my waist. That gave me the confidence to dive into making some dishes for the table. For the sweet potatoes, I used low-carb marshmallows, which turned out so good, and for the garlic bread, I went with low-carb bread. It felt amazing to make things that fit my goals while still keeping the meal festive and delicious.

I hope you are surrounded by love and good food today. Take a second to think about the little victories this year and maybe let someone you care about know how thankful you are for them. Have an amazing Thanksgiving.
